Introduction

These Terms of Use explain how you may use the English Memo mobile application and the AI English Memo Pro subscription. By using the app, you agree to follow these terms as well as the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscription Overview

  • Subscription name: AI English Memo Pro
  • Subscription length: Auto-renewing annual plan
  • Price: Displayed in-app and on the App Store product page for your region (USD $9.99 per year in the United States; local taxes may apply)

The subscription unlocks premium study features within the app. Pricing for your local currency is shown on the App Store purchase sheet.

Free Trial

Eligible users receive a one-month free trial. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription and renews automatically.

免費試用

符合資格的使用者可享有一個月免費試用。如果未在試用期結束前 24 小時取消，訂閱將轉為付費年度方案並自動續訂。

Auto-Renewal and Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

自動續訂與帳單

  • 購買確認後，費用將向你的 Apple ID 帳戶收取。
  • 除非你在當前期間結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，訂閱將自動續訂。

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your iOS device:

  • Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Select AI English Memo Pro
  • Choose Cancel Subscription to prevent renewal

Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

All billing and refund requests are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable Use

You may use English Memo for personal learning purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell access to, or misuse the app in any way that violates applicable laws or Apple’s policies.

合理使用

你可以將 English Memo 用於個人學習目的。你同意不進行逆向工程、不轉售存取權，也不以任何違反法律或 Apple 政策的方式濫用本 App。

Apple Standard EULA

English Memo adopts the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Your use of the app is conditioned on compliance with that agreement.
